Located in the city of Amsterdam, one of our properties, the Riverfront Center (the old Amsterdam Mall) is a 255,000 square foot facility housing spacious doctors offices, health care facilities, and many other professional establishments. In addition to the Riverfront Center, Cranesville Properties also owns the former seven story Key Bank building in the City of Amsterdam (located below).

Another property, Amsterdam True Value, an 11,000 Sq.Ft. facility features glass cutting, lawn equipment, snow blowers, garden supplies, pipe cutting and treading, screen repair, electrical, plumbing, keys, Benjamin Moore paints, wallpaper, tools, custom cut shades and blinds, and housewares. True Value also carries bagged products that are manufactured by our aggregate division CAC.
